[duxuser] duxbury for blind users

Blind and sighted transcribers do things differently because they have to.
In addition most blind transcribers are familiar with braille. This is
very different from someone who doesn't know much about braille and is
only trying to produce a readable document. Why can't there be a couple of
different user manuals tailored to different sets of needs?
