Greetings, Ann! JAWS can be quirky at times. The things I often try are to make sure that the application I am using is maximized. More likely to help with the problem is to refresh your screen by using insert escape--you may need to refresh your screen a couple of times to clear the "gremlins" as I call them. Good luck! I notice that when I arrow down through a document, especially but not exclusively a braille document in Duxbury, JAWS sticks and will repeat the same text more than once. > Does anyone else have this experience and if so, have you figured out a way to stop it? > Ann Foxworth, Computer Braille Specialist > Texas Commission for the Blind > 4800 N.
