[duxuser] Use with Windows 8.1

I have DBT 11.1 SR4 and just upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1 because Windows
kept pestering me to do that and finally gave me no choice to put it off and
the only choice was 1 to 4 hours. Now I can't open my DBT files or program.
When I try to it tells me to activate it and when I click on that it says I
must have administrative privileges but I am a single user. I have emailed
Duxbury for help but I won't hear back before tomorrow. Any suggestions? Does
DBT work with 8.1?
