Hi Sandra, With that response, I'm afraid only Duxbury directly can help you. Basically it suggests that it has been installed and activated on other systems, but has not been de-activated and uninstalled correctly. Duxbury do appear to be in the office today however. George. I'm lost. You should then be able to activate OK. Now I can't open my DBT files or program. When I try to it tells me to activate it and when I click on that it says I must have administrative privileges but I am a single user. I have emailed Duxbury for help but I won't hear back before tomorrow. Any suggestions? Does DBT work with 8.1?
