If the move to UEB is on the cards in your country - or even if not - please, please read on. It may save you grief when you need these same files in UEB. Please try to keep ALL files relating to the translation of a document. 1) The Word file(s) if you have used Word. 2) The Duxbury *.dxp file pre-translation. 3) The Duxbury *.dxb file after translation. And I would add of fourth. 4) A simple, say Notepad, text file detailing any changes you may have made to the post translated (*.dxb) file. I'm sure many will complain about the space used, but if that's a problem, there are many ways to securely store this kind of thing at virtually no cost, from copying to CD or DVD locally, to things like "Dropbox", http://www.dropbox.com, where you can get up to 2 gigabytes of storage for free. And wherever you do store stuff, make sure you provide for at least 2 copies.
