Hi Kathy, I'm not sure I quite understand you here. Are you saying that when you import the document to DBT you get the "# c-cedilla #" appear? To be honest, I'm not surprised. First, DBT 10.2 does not support Word 2000, and even 10.3 fell over importing these files. If you are really back to the wall, I suggest you save the Word Document as Plain Text and re-style it in DBT. Might be the quickest solution in the short term.
