Tell me the size of paper you are using.  Give me the width from edge
to edge.

Give me the length of the form from the top edge of the form down to
the perforation that joins it to the second form.

Tell me how many characters you want embossed on each line.

Tell me how many lines you want embossed on each page.

Tell me whether you need to have a top or bottom margin.
