Hi, Everyone.
Back in the early 2000s I used a program called OBR from a
Czechoslovakian company that let the user scan hard copy Braille and
archive it onto the computer's hard drive for later reference. Is this
program still available, and if so, can I get it in the US or do I
need to look internationally for it? I don't think the original seller
is in business anymore, and I'm hoping there's hardware that will let
me use the program with a Win10 computer with USB ports--the original
program install has a dongle with, if I remember right, a 25-pin
serial port.
Thanks,
Dani
