Hi Don,
The first thing I would suggest is that you run a full virus scan.
Next I would check what version of Windows you are now running. To do this,
press Windows Key plus the letter R, then type in “winver” (without the
quotes), and press enter. My own system is up to Version 1709, which includes
the Fall update.
It could possibly be that an update has caused this, although I’ve personally
not hear of this type of problem.

Hello,
This morning all of my Duxbury products (DBT 12.2, 12.1, 11.1, PerkyDuck 11.2)
are crashing when I attempt to open a new or existing file. This occurs no
matter what BANA template is selected.
A binary (not human readable) file named `dbtw.mdmp` is created on the desktop.
I am running all Duxbury products on an up-to-date installation of Windows 10.
Reboot of the system does not fix the issue.
I have already submitted a web-report to Duxbury but wonder if this is suddenly
something affecting anyone else.
