In response to brailling M&M, I referred to the SCALARS text I used to learn
braille in the United States (N.C.) This "authority" offers:
Capital letter indicator, m, and, capital letter indicator, m
all unspaced, no letter indicator!
That surprised me . . . I would have included the letter indicator for each m,
but the book says no!
