[duxuser] Finding and replacing bullets with dashes

Hello Listers:
I am in the process of translating the document in which there are numerous
bulleted items. The Braille equivalent was shown as dots 1-6 and two sets of
dots 3-5. How do I replace the Braille symbols with two dashes and in the
print document, how do I replace the bullets with --? In the latter case if
the bullets can be replaced in the print document the Braille translation will
be okay
