Hi Rich,
PDF files are a general nightmare. There are various existing methods of
conerting them to text, if in fact the author has allowed this. Check with
the screen reader you are using. Some have a facility built in or at least
some means of accessing them.
If you require serious levels of access to PDF files, you can get software
from Adobe which at least allows fuller access. However, the issue still
remains that if an author has "locked" the file, you cannot convert it to
anything. (Well not legally anyway)

rich kurlander here my question is is there a way that a pdf file can be brailled if you put it in duxbury? if not can it be considered for the next release?
