[duxuser] Help!

I have DBT 10.2e Windows-Eyes and Windows Xp.
Lately sometimes I've been having trouble editing my braille documents.
When I Open them, I can't read the first line and it reads the wrong
column number.I tried to maximize the Child system and the plain System
but it still doesn't work.
I also saw something that never was there before. It says Document Window
pull down. I don't know what to do with it.
What can I do to fix it?
