You can enter grade 3 braille, but you won't be able to translate it into
text. And you can't translate a text document into grade 3 braille. DBT
doesn't have any grade 3 braille tables. If you are using a braille
display, you can read your grade 3 braille. But if you are using sight or
speech, it will be unreadable.
