[duxuser] When embossing nothing happen

Dear, Baney
now, i still have the other problem with my print file. I have been using DBT
win 10.2. i started to embossing, but it doesn't have anything happen. i use
window xp as i mention you previously.it does not embossing at all. i use intel
computer and when i printed it is appearing the ink printer icon on the task
bar.so i think that if i connect the Ink printer may be it will be printed.
please reply me as soon as you can, because i need to print the books. Many
books for new year.
