To Dani (and to everyone):

This is a forum for Duxbury users. Some staff does monitor and jump in now and then, but remember this is a forum of enthusiatic persons who are using Duxbury DBT.

There is a team art Duxbury Systems who can help you with DBT activation problems. You can get their help by sending an e-mail to activation@xxxxxxxxxx

You will also need to give your DBT license number so this issue can be tracked down.

Knowing what I know about DBT, I suspect that I know why you are getting this message.

So please resend your e-mail with the Single user license numver and the computer name to activation@xxxxxxxxxx

"The Web Server encountered a miscellaneous error.  The error message

DBT11.1 was only installed and activated on this computer.
My husband was doing maintenance last night and needed to update the
computer bios before installing a program for school. Could the update of
the bios have caused DBT to be deactivated? What should I do to prevent
deactivations in future?
