[duxuser] Error Message when opening DBT11.1

Hi, Everyone.
When I tried opening DBT11.1 today, I got the following message:
"Activation is now required: Error 0x80041004
Single-user license #****
[Computer name] ****"
I tried reactivating and got:
"The Web Server encountered a miscellaneous error. The error message
appears below.
Error message:
SFAIL_DUPLICATE_LOCATION"
DBT11.1 was only installed and activated on this computer.
My husband was doing maintenance last night and needed to update the
computer bios before installing a program for school. Could the update of
the bios have caused DBT to be deactivated? What should I do to prevent
deactivations in future?
