Good Morning,

I had been attempting to create the materials in Word and importing them. I
would be willing to create them in DBT if that makes more sense. Tell me how
to do this?

I am teaching UEB where applicable. I am not that proficient in the new code
myself, so it has been interesting trying to learn and teach at the same time.
I look forward to any tips for creating assignments.

P.S. While I'm sending this message, it has been mentioned that somewhere in
DBT is a place where you can set things so that the Braille dots can be be a
bit wider. If this is so, where is that option(s)?

Hi Pauline,

Are you creating these worksheets directly in DBT or are you entering in Word,
and then importing?

And are you now teaching Unified English Braille?

I can then be able to be more specific in answering.

Good Afternoon,

I am attempting to create practice reading assignments for my adult and young
adult Braille students. For example, I want to write up a page dealing with
the capital sign and the period. When the signs are introduced, the character
is preceded by a full cell so that the student knows that the dot(s) begin in
the lower part of the cell. How do you represent this so that it embosses
correctly? Any otherr tips for creating worksheets would be helpful.
