Your post was excellent!
I will just add there are people on the list who are beginners, some are
sighted and some are blind. There are people who use Duxbury personally but
who are not transcribers and there are some who work with Duxbury but who
don't read or write braille.
This list should relate to people from all walks of life and experiences
with braille, embossers or DBT. Implying laziness is a judgment call which
should not be made.
If I find a message does not relate to me personally, I simply delete it.
Messages about embossers are relevant for the reasons you mentioned.
