Hi Tessa: Couple thoughts: 1. Is the USB cable from the Juliet connected to the same port it was when you set up the connection, as far as you can remember? Some of these devices aren't true USB Plug and Play, so, it is very important to keep them connected to the same USB port once they are set up. 2. Did you check the Duxbury Global Embosser settings to make sure they are still set up for the Juliet Pro?
