[duxuser] Can't emboss

Hi:
I seem to be having some difficulty getting my juliet pro to emboss. I don't
use it often so perhaps I'm missing something. It's using the usb connection
which is through a router, which has worked in the past.
I have the document translated, I'm using 8 by 11 inch paper, have the
juliet turned on and done the paper positioning test. So when I hit emboss,
nothing happens, no error messages or anything to give me a hint as to why
it won't work. It has in the past, I just can't see why it won't now. Any
thoughts, steps I might be missing?
