To my knowledge it only converts from .chm to .htm or .html documents.

Hi:

HH.exe seems to be the utility used to open help files, executed from
windows. I don't think, at least on 98 systems, you can pass it
parameters to convert to other file formats, although the web is full of
utilities that do just that.
