I'm using Edit Section Reorganizer plugin.

By using this plugin, edit buttons are placed above the edit
targets (e.g. besides headings). In this context it would be
nice if an edit button for a table also be placed above the
table. So I'd like to request additional instructions to
table opening.
Please see my patch attached which might explain what
I'm saying.
An example usage of additional instructions is shown in a
plugin below which can reorganize not only section edit buttons
but also table edit buttons (if the instructions are added).
