[delphizip] Temporary file failure

I´m using TZipMaster 1.72, Delphi 5 and Windows 98SE.
When I use the Zipdll.dl, sometimes I get that message: "Temporary file
failure".
Another error I get is: ErrCode: 656394 "Message: files acted on = 0."
What does it means?
Can you help me?
