I think the only sure fire way would be to do some true jaws programming. I have often wished that Dancing Dots would get into programming for some of these programs.


As for superior getting their act together, well... All I can say is, the product is about as good as it gets. Though I'm not the biggest fan of working with HSC, I would use it any day over session drummer. For what I do, its all about the sound, and session drummer just can't compete. Nothing wrong with using session drummer, but its not the top of the heap. For sound session drummer don't even come close to comparing to groove agent, which is another good program that hasn't been talked about on here.

I guess I am now hearing two realities regarding Superior Drummer and
HSC.

For some folks, the HSC sets work and for some, they don’t.

Given the above views, it looks like the HSC sets for Superior Drummer
are not reliable, to what ever extent.

One more point for session drummer and CT-I don't have to worry about
access.

I guess if better sounding quality is the concern, maybe SD will get
their act together so they can compete with the sound quality of these
other drum sequencing programs.
