Unfortunately, you need a sited person to read the instrument names out
of the manual. You also need to know what the bank select method is,
and whether the patches are listed from 0-99, 1-128 or -0127.
I can't help you.
Kevin

Yes, you can. You just have to get a sited assistant to help you create
a custom set of instrument definitions. Did you try looking on
Cakewalk's site for definitions?

Hello all, I can't find instrument definitions for one of my keyboards
and possibly for my zoom rhythm track drum machine, can I use them as
midi devices anyway and if so than how?
