Hey Phil, is the 24 pro rack mountable?

Phil replied: it's a half U size so, you would need to put it into a rack tray
that is, if you are going to mount it into a rack.

Mike wrote: I’m thinking of getting one for my laptop, and have a small carry
road case where I put my head phone pre-amp, and power system.

Phil replied: it easily fits into a laptop bag. Use one here on my laptop and
it works great!

Mike wrote: Lastly in the box, did you get rubberized feet, and a manual hard
copy, or did you simply just get a little package containing two cd’s with some
small pamphlets?

Phil replied: think the manuals are on the CD. anyway, I downloaded all of the
latest focusrite documentation from there website, plus the 2.2.2 Saffire
MixControl release which, is absolutely rock solid under Windows 7 64 bit.
Have just updated the .HSC sets with separate support for the Pro 24 and Pro 40
where necessary and cured all of the previously reported colour detection
issues. Also, if you look in the bag that should contain some rubber feet on a
piece of card.
