Hey Phil, Tim, just wanted to inform you that I just got the saffire pro 40.
Let me know when you’ve got the scripts/hsc files, and I will give it a worl.
My music shop was kind enough to let me use it for a week, and if I love it I
can then make the final deal and purchase it, and get rid of the octa capture.
So far I am very impressed with its striehgt installation, and love the fact
that it alerted me when launching the control software that there was a firm
ware update.
The over all construction is that its built like a tank, and the jacks are
solid, and it fit right in to my rack system with out any problems.
I also love the fact that its quiet, and there is not audible noise that I can
detect so far.
I’m looking forward in using the scripts and hsc files to adjust my mix, and
monitoring mix too.
