That file gets created when you run the enable plug-ins test #10. Note that
test #10 also
needs to run twice -- once to set things up and then a second time to
actually do its thing.

It's really very nice once you get the Ctrl-F5 working.

Hi,

I still don't find the file "Number Sibelius plugins". It is simply not
installed. I don't know why, but it is just the way it is. I found a work
around. I choose the plugin  "write score data to ini files" from the plugin
menu This procedure is two clicks once.
