Hello,
The "Number Sibelius Plugins.txt" file usually gets created in the default
folder that sibelius uses. You can find the folder if you go into
file/properties/general and tab to that edit box in the dialog.

your computer at this point. How about trying to do a search for it

I tried to enable the sibelius speaking plug ins by doing the following:
1. I pressed f12 and navigated to the last item.
2. After Jaws told me to run this task again, I did and heard that I
must
run the #sibelius plugin.
After doing this I pressed f12 again, navigated to the last item and
pressed enter on it. But although I ran the #sibelius plugin, Jaws told
me, that I should do the same. So I think, the plugins are not enabled.
Can You help me?
