I also get random audio dropouts on my system, which is a quad-core, xp home, and 4 gigs of ram. DJX, I didn't see any of the steps you mentioned. Could you possibly repost them? I don't see them in the replies below. Thanks. Omar Binno Website: www.omarbinno.com AIM: LOD1116 Skype: obinno1 ----- Original Message ----- From: D!J!X! No, not really, not unless you are using more than 3gb of ram and want to enable the switch for xp to see all 3 of them or something along those lines... It doesn't make a difference though as most programs won't be able to successfully use all that memory on xp/32 bit system anyways... Did you try the steps I suggested? If you are still having problems perhaps we can do a skype session to see if I can help in anyway... I had a friend come around to see if he could help out with the audio drop outs/ system performance with Sonar issues. He noticed something I hadn't noticed or thought of before. It turns out I'm using XP Home edition as opposed to professional edition. Would this matter? Thanks, Stacy
