The claret is a newer interface and it's USB only.  The newer interfaces do
not work with the HSC sets but the older firewire Saffire Pro range and
Liquid 56 do.  Also the older Saffire interfaces are thunderbolt compatible
so they will go on for years to come.  I have asked Focusrite to implement
Open Sound Control and it will be interesting to see if they do that.

Hey Phil I'm not sure if you have already answered this however I went to
check about he Safire pro and it seems they are no longer making it.
I know that there might be some interface changes with the USB models,
however does the Clara, and or Liquid 56 still work with your HSC sets?
