What's wrong with selecting the > required face explicitly? Probably laziness! I have just tried using styles and defining Italic / SmallCaps / Italic Small Caps and, of course, it works OK. I also tried using the OVPro produced small caps - and they are different from the purpose built ones! (smaller). In fact I seldom use small caps anyway. I had wondered whether it might be possible to rename one or more faces of this one font so that OvPro chose the`correct face when I press the Italics button. But, I have just thought that I can get over all the problems by defining a different font (with serifs) as the "start-up" font in OvPro. Anyway, thank you for your advice. -- /\ _ \ |==============| / / / \__\ |===================| | Rodger Davis | /_/ / / / \ | rod@xxxxxxxxxxxxx | |==============| / \_/\_/ /___) |===================| To unsubscribe or subscribe goto: //www.freelists.org/list/davidpilling
