Proceeding to print produces only that central A4. I have fund problems printing from OPro to a custom paper size whose name did not start with "A4", e.g. "C5_envelope". I suspect this is related to David's earlier comment about OPro examining the paper name to set the margins. Does your paper size name start A1?
