Comparing it with Photodesk 3.14-17 - if I load a sprite and then save
as a JPG it appends /jpg to the filename. If I save a second time, it
is still saved as a JPG with a /jpg extension. I also notice that the
image within Photodesk is still a sprite, so the user could go back to
saving as a sprite (or whatever) if needed without loss of quality.
This seems to be the correct behaviour to me.
