I have to admit, I'd eat a green salad a lot more often if I didn't have
to stand at the counter and wash and then chop everything when I don't
feel like it. However, I rarely buy packaged greens. As a matter of
fact, as the price of groceries goes up, I see more and more the benefit
of making meals from scratch. It becomes more necessary. I appreciate
Scott's garden haul of potatoes and beets and tomatoes and onions and
garlic and beans.
