The price is determined by the publishers. If the publisher doesn't set a Rand
price, Steam will do the conversion. So a publisher can say "I have to sell my
product for more Rands because ZA has less people
so I make less money", just like they do in South America and Australia.

The problem now is that the restaurant is trying to cut down on costs so they
end up having to retrench and replace the existing chef.

It does run well. I expected it to run horribly on my PC but l was pleasantly
surprised. I was also able to learn quite a bit about the game from playing the
AI. SFV definitely still has a fun footsie aspect to it that makes the game far
faster than initial
impressions would have one believe. I'm interested to see how this game will
play once it is released.
