you can select limit break from the traits menu. theres a bar on the top left 
corner. once its filled anyone in the party can use it.

you get 3 different effects depending on your role in the team.

Are limited to 4 folks for the dungeons?  Or can you join with 5 or 7 guys?

Im a off tank too fool. Oh ive noticed if you have a preformed party, it 
doesn't need to fill the requirements of 1 healer 1 tank 2 dps. I could be 
mistaken but
 last night I was tank and everyone else icons(top left next to name) was that 
of dps.
