They need to quit putting in such as 14~15 where you have 2 values because
there are no situations where the faster value always works especially
moves with one input.
Simply take it as a 15 move and move on.
Ewgf's/ewhf are different because of the delay window they have from wd and
mist (kazuya) but moves with just one direction should not have different
start ups.
