"Virtua Fighter is made for people who live, eat, breathe, drink and sleep
fighting games. People who have at least 15+ years of tournament-level
experience under their belt. It is a game that requires an obscene amount of
time investment before you get any good at the game. It is also a game where an
Arcade Stick is mandatory if you want to be able to properly play the game.
Dead Or Alive is "pick up & play" friendly. Meaning anyone can jump in and
immediately start having fun with the game. That does not mean there is no
depth to Dead Or Alive. It's easy to learn, but difficult to master. It's a
hell of a lot easier to play than Virtua Fighter and Street Fighter though. It
doesn't require the insane amount of time investment that Virtua Fighter does
and doesn't require the completely inhuman level of reflexes that Street
Fighter does.
The tag mode in Dead Or alive is also really fun. It doesn't have that BS about
if one of your characters goes down then it's match over. (I'm looking at you
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Street Fighter X Tekken)"

Stupid hotel wifi kept dying last night and disconnecting me. Came back later,
but by then I had to sleep.

Man, being at work on a Sunday is aimless. At least this week has already begun
and will be over soon. At something dodgy last night and my body is
now waging an internal war. In this conflict, there can be no winners.

@LB – did you finish AK? I see you got past the Demon Wall. Which dps classes
were with you? I think we were doing fine on our run there, but are just
a little short on the dps. We can ignore the bees and just burn the wall.
