It's not.  It's the same, but some of the older GGs had a bug that allowed
negative edge.  So you technically get an extra frame to perform a reversal
(push + release).  In XRD they removed negative edge so now you don't get
the negative edge frame any more.

Apparently the reversal window is 2f for everything except gold burst,
which is 1f.

In ST, if you piano correctly you get a 6f reversal window.  In GG Xrd I
*think* you can plink some specials to give you a 3f reversal window.
