Oh, sure, that's how I used to play a Barb - leap to save me, revenge for life
steal, some fury generator, some damage thing, and a random high level thing -
berserk or ancients. That's fine and I did enjoy it, but when you have a number
of skills that interact well and have (although I hate to use the word)
synergy, then things get interesting.

My current build is designed to throw out HoTA as a primary attack, with fury
generators only used every 5th of 6th attack. Also although berserk is my panic
button (for stopping freeze, jail, or just going insane), it also semi
interacts with the other skills and will sometimes stay active past the
cooldown on it.

Having specific builds can also make near useless skills viable - like the
throw build. No one is going to add in one of those skills to a normal barb
because they're not very good. Put them all together and you have a dps monster.

All builds dont need be "combos" that gell together to create some odd pwnage
machine.

Simply using 2 defensive skills, 1 fury generator + fury spender of choice will
work fine.

Nobody going to be able to facetank everything. Also makes allot more skills
"viable" since they were just ignored because they didnt gell with old skill
combos.

Exactly.
The current Barb builds - WW, HoTa, Weapon Throw - are all gone because we're
losing Fury on Crit. Perma-zerk is gone too.
The new skills don't lend themselves to complete builds, but that will probably
come with better understanding.

From the guys that played RoS beta, which iteams you get (usually a combo of at
least 2 items), will determine the build for Barbs... Not sure if I like that
idea.

NP. My only real issue is getting going. Once I have my skills up and running
and my lifesteal off rend, I'm okay.

From what I've been reading on the Barb forums regarding RoS, it seems like a
lot of the Barb builds will come down to which items you get.
