You might also be interested in Rail Canada Vol.3, which covers paint
and lettering schemes for CP diesels up to 1973. It is profusely
illustrated with photos and detailed diagrams. I know they have them in
stock at Trains and Such here in Calgary, 277-7226. Softcover is about
$25, hardcover about$40.
