An old train buddy of mine is trying to detail a G scale CPR RS-3.
He's looking for info on the winterization hatch/cover/box used on
these units.
There are two poor photos of a brass casting by Miniatures by Erik
and a crude drawing located in the files section of this web site.
Does anyone out there have more detailed information or drawings?
How do these box covers work? What's the theory behind them?
