Wether it actually happened is a matter for the historical record, but it
isn't outside the realm of plausibility.
Every year on remembrance day we stop every movement for a minute at 1100.
Now if you want to be pedantic, the practicality of it means that not every
single movement stops, but the effort is made system wide.
The company even asked (in an official bulliten) that we do the same as a
tribute to Hunter Harrison. I'll leave it up to the list members
imaginations as to the response to that...
