Kettle Valley Railway tunnel dimensions

Am I correct that CPR tunnels generally were about 16-17 feet wide, and 23-24 
feet tall?

I got this from looking at drawings for liners on the cpsig site -- 8' radius 
around the top, and 14.6 to the rail bed.  Did CPR keep the unlined tunnels to 
these dimensions more or less?
