I think you will find that the Soo Line and D&H still exist as
corporate entities, albeit 100% owned by CP, and for accounting
purposes their locomotives may still belong to them. This situation
may also apply to the DM&E etc. I seem to remember the 8500 series of
AC4400s were officially bought by the Soo Line. I assume there were
tax reasons.
So you have several choices:
(a) when CP took full ownership
(b) when CP integrated operations
(c) they haven't been added yet.
I don't have the dates for option (a) at my fingertips - perhaps
somebody else has a record to save me hunting through my old CP Rail News.

American/IC&E effective Oct. 30, 2008 was clear cut
unlike the former. A review of Branch Line magazine
back to 1990 isn't overly clear and the Trackside Guide
only incorperates the two subsidiary rosters with the
1993 edition.
