Bobby Garrett is on this list and recommended Teams via a service provider
and we couldn’t be happier. Only around 100 users though and we don’t have
a call center or anything. I guess it gets worse as your call flow gets
more complex but we love it and are saving a lot over Mitel cloud.

We are migrating away from our current phone system provider Mitel Sky.
The two options we are considering are RingCentral MVP and the Teams Phone
System. Our entire firm is deep in the Teams ecosystem, so even if we go
with RingCentral 95% of users would be using the RingCentral add-in to the
Teams app and taking/making calls in Teams. I anticipate that the only
individuals with physical phones would be reception/admin/partners on
request. I am curious if anyone wouldn’t mind sharing their experience
with RingCentral (especially if they use the Teams add-in or direct routing
via Teams) or if anyone has gone with the Teams Phone System. Several years
ago it was recommended to me that if we go with the Teams Phone System, we
should hire a consultant for implementation. So if anyone has a
recommendation I would appreciate a referral as well.
