I know this has been discussed here before, but it's been a while... what's the
current consensus on these two products?
We tend to expect that the CCH product will provide better integration with
other CCH products, while the "other" vendor's product might provide superior
overall functionality, possibly at the cost of a more manual process to sync
data between systems. Curious to know how accurate those assumptions are in
this context.
I'd also be interested to hear other firms' experiences with service and
support for both products.
