So you say phone but what email client and os is the phone. If you are using 
o365 for email we mandate that you use outlook mobile not the default ios one 
as it has problems with 2fa sometimes.

Odd that it would work on the computer and not the phone, but I’ll just throw 
out I have had had lots of issues with O365 passwords over 16 characters.

For lots of reasons that could be because of our environment though.

Please be careful when clicking on links and opening attachments.

If they already had the email account on the phone before enabling 2FA, may 
want to try removing the account and adding it back again. We use Microsoft 
Authenticator and don’t have any issues (usually) with setting it up on the 
phone. The issue for us is usually the app password for Outlook.

Has anybody had issues with enabling O365 2FA. I have a lot of issues setting 
it up for existing users, for example: O365 no problems setting it up on a 
desktop but the phones keep saying invalid password. Is everyone using the 
“Microsoft Authenticator” or just “Text”. Any Tips & Tricks would be 
appreciated.
